SZEPLAST Plc.
The partners of SZEPLAST Plc. Come from 9 countries on a company group level. We have been performing our activity – the production of plastic industry products – since 1994. Our base material and finished goods stock capacity exceeds 2000 tons. Our business is located at a 17 hectare industrial site. Our products provide the most cutting-edge solutions of today in complete harmony with our environment, and at the same time they make the wide range of energy effective solutions available for everyone. All these are supported by our greatest value: our experience and care. Our products have the Technical Certificate of ÉMI (ÉMI NON-PROFIT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND INNOVATION IN BUILDING). Our company successfully operates the requirements of the integrated quality and environment management systems in compliance with MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 standards.
Based on or analyses in 2010 we realized we needed to focus our power and had to establish a more effective structure both from the point of view of economy and law in order not only to keep our results but to take even more significant steps ahead. We found that by uniting the significant professional experience and financial sources of the different companies we will be able to reach even better results. In order to realize this we had made the decision to integrate the resources of „SZEPLAST” Műanyag Alapanyaggyártó/Compound Ltd., Szeplast Nyílászáró Gyártó Ltd. and BEXON Ltd. and as their general legal successor from January 2011 founded Szeplast Public Limited Company.
The activities of SZEPLAST Plc.
In 1994 our company stated its commercial mission as providing base materials of high-grade technical content and partner-specific services associated with the products for domestic and foreign trading companies within the field of PVC processing. Our products are used in a wider and wider range both by domestic and European PVC profile manufacturers. In 16 years our production capacity has increased from 300 tons/ year to 10 thousand tons/year.
Our Compound branch is present at the plastic market mainly with its SEPLON® brand PVC base materials – hard and soft granules, powder mixes. These products can be used for multiple purposes. Our products comply with the strictest quality requirements as our experts offer ideal formulas by incorporating modern technology and know-how. All of our products are strictly tested within laboratory circumstances in order to perfectly make them suit the demands of our customers.
In 1997 our company added plastic door and window trading and fitting to production. Due to the change in the characteristics of construction industry we soon met the demand of customers for full scale service sin door and window production and fitting, which means providing aluminum doors and windows with full warranty. In order to expand our profile we launched the production of aluminum and steel doors and windows in 2000. In both fields of activity we realized significant investments in order to establish a proper infrastructure and equipment fleet. Complying with the ever-growing energy efficiency and safety engineering demands of our age we assemble our doors and windows with the most modern window profiles and glasses of the best technical parameters and heat and sound insulation. There are nearly 25 professionals who help our work in the window and door factory, our annual capacity is close to 25 thousand pieces per year. Our present activity is the production, trading and fitting of PVC, aluminum and steel doors and windows.
Besides all these we try to meet the individual customer needs by involving subcontractors or special commercial products in order to provide complex services if there is need for products that are not on our palette. Our company is in a market leader position in the region in the filed of PVC door and window production, and furthermore our metal door and window production activity is also coming up fast. Our customers of great investors and industrial clients are complemented with household customers. High quality standard is a basic requirement; customer satisfaction is the most important criterion. Our services include on-site measuring and fitting on demand besides production. If you are building a new house or would like to renovate your flat you can find a wide range of external doors, windows and shadowing accessories at SZEPLAST Plc. We can offer effective solutions for private people and condominiums as well in case of the modernization of panel blocks of flats.
In our profile production and extruder factory we have been producing PVC based plastic products since 1994. They are mainly sold in Hungary and Central and East European countries. We have continuously been developing our technologies in the last 10 years and as a result our product range includes different electric protective tubes, cable ditches, window elbow boards and window sills. The new production hall constructed within a significant greenfield investment provides an excellent technical and technological background for quality production, and the annual 3000 ton production capacity guarantees a possibility for further increase in production. In order to protect a clean and natural environment we use only the most modern environment protection equipment and environment friendly technologies. When introducing new technologies and enlarging our production capacity we pay special attention to choose those appliances that operate with the lowest environmental load. With 15 years of production and development experience and extraordinary professional background we are ready for the manufacturing of products to be made with extrusion.
When founding his company our target was to actively take part in the modernization and reconstruction of flats, condominiums and blocks of flats (panel flats) built 20-30 years ago. These buildings mostly have out-of-date technologies. The continuously increasing energy prices mean a greater and greater problem for every household. These houses have bad insulation, less effective heating systems and old doors and old doors and windows. Due to the sources provided by the Hungarian state and the European Union, the investments targeting more efficient energy consumption are becoming available to more and more communities. The Szeplast Panel complex service pack Szeplast Konstrukt Ltd. offers a more modern and simpler than before solution for building reconstruction works.
